Law degree by Andrés Bello Catholic University (1997), with graduate studies in Procedural Law of the Andrés Bello Catholic University (2002) and study of Private International Law at the Central University of Venezuela (preparing graduation paper).
His practice covers all kinds of matters related to procedural law (both civil, commercial and procedural), as well as conflict resolution both judicially (trials) or by use of alternate methods (mediation, negotiation and arbitration). In the same manner, he has wide experience as lecturer on issues of legal interest and as facilitator in legal training for businesses, adding to it his academic activity performed at the Catholic University’s Law School in the subject of alternate conflict resolution.
He is a member of the list of Arbitrators of the Caracas Chamber of Commerce’s Arbitration Center, a member of the Legal Committee of the Venezuelan British Chamber of Commerce and of Venancham’s Arbitration Committee.
He speaks English.
