Law degree by Andrés Bello Catholic University (1978), with graduate studies in Public Finance at Paris University II (1980), in Business Law at London Polytechnic (1981), and in Management for Lawyers at IESA (1985).
His practice covers all kinds of matters related to corporate law, tax and financial law, administrative law, as well as conflict resolution both judicially (trials) or by use of alternate methods (mediation, negotiation and arbitration). Currently Legal Counsel of the Institute of Higher Administration Studies (IESA), Director of the Venezuelan Swiss Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as of C.A. Ponche Crema and Coordinator of the Legal Committee of the National Council of Investments Promotion (CONAPRI).
He is a member of the list of Arbitrators of the Caracas Chamber of Commerce’s Arbitration Center, as well as the Venezuelan Association of Tax Law, of the International Fiscal Association and of the International Bar Association.
He speaks English and French.
