Dedicated to the practice of law since 1997. Has wide experience in Labor and Social Security Law, including Health and Safety at Work (LOPCYMAT). He has extensive experience in Collective Law and Management of Group Contracts, as well as in the planning of economic and labor strategies. He has been speaker in more than 500 seminars, conferences and other events in the last 10 years.
Graduated from the Universidad Catolica Andres Bello. He did post-graduate study in Labor Law and a Master in Human Resources and Industrial Relationships at the same University, as well as a Degree in Finance and Economy at CENDECO.
Professor at the Postgraduate Program in Labor Law at the Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Caracas, Puerto Ordaz and Barquisimeto from 2011 to 2018; at the Universidad Central de Venezuela from 2018 to 2020; and at the Labor Law Degree Program at the CIAP-UCAB from 2010 to 2018.
